Benefits of Timed Questions

The Timing question is a question that can be inserted in any page of your research to watch how much time a person spends on the page. This question is hidden as a rule.

A lot of users use Timing in combination with other questions. For instance, if you want that respondents watch a video enough time, you can apply a Timing question to conceal the next button until a person has spent sufficient time to watch the video.

Disable Submit

This option allows you to hide the Next button as long as you need it. The Next button is not hidden at the default value of '0', and a person can proceed with the survey whenever he/she needs it.

Auto-Advance

This option allows to direct respondents to the following page of the survey automatically after the set time. The respondents can take as long as they want only when the default value is '0', this option became inactive at this point.

Count Up and Down Timer

This option allows displaying a timer. It shows to respondents how much time they stay on the certain page of the survey.
